Full refund for written cancellation received up to five working days prior to attendance at a CPD event, no refund will be issued thereafter. An alternative attendee can be nominated at any time up to and including the day of the event. Credit allowance is not permitted for non-attendance. All Institute eBooks are provided in an ePub2 format and comply with EPUB Accessibility 1.1 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA Standard.
Once purchased the eBook can be downloaded directly from the Customer’s dashboard and opened using Adobe Digital Editions along with other alternative readers. Instructions on how to access a purchased eBook are made available to customers on our website and in the order confirmation email sent to customers after they purchase the eBook.
