Tom Power BL is a practicing barrister since 2003 and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Tom previously lectured for the Irish Tax Institute, Law Society of Ireland and UCC.
Emmet Scully is a corporate partner in LK Shields Solicitors LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and restructurings. Emmet is the editor for the consolidation of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act for the Institute’s Law of Capital Acquisitions Tax, Stamp Duty and Local Property Tax.
Meet the Editor
Caroline Devlin (Editor) is a consultant in legal and tax matters, and previously was a Tax and Aviation Partner with Arthur Cox. Caroline is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Caroline specialises in the taxation and legal aspects of commercial transactions, including financial services, restructurings, and acquisitions. She is a member of the Taxation Committee of the Law Society of Ireland, and represents the Law Society on TALC. Caroline is chair of the Ireland China Business Association, and is also a frequent lecturer.
