ROS access while working remotely
Members should ensure that they have saved their ROS Digital Certificate to their laptop to allow them to access ROS remotely and file returns and submit queries to Revenue. Revenue has guidelines on how to save a ROS Digital Certificate and how to grant sub-user certificates to other members of staff.

Accessing staff MyEnquiries
Your ROS Administrator can manage the permissions on MyEnquiries to create sub-groups and allow staff to view each other’s queries in the event a staff member becomes ill. Paragraphs 6.3 and 6.4 of the MyEnquiries Manual provides more information on this function. Access the MyEnquiries Manual
