Emma Arlow is a Director in the Tax Technical and Policy team in Deloitte Ireland. Emma has over 12 years’ experience in advising on tax matters, and has worked on a range of client issues such as IP migrations, M&A transactions and large group refinancing transactions. Her primary focus is on tax technical and policy developments and she regularly contributes to public consultations on legislative matters, primarily addressing key international tax developments. Emma is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and has a degree in Business and Law from UCD.

Brendan Murphy is a Tax Partner with Roberts Nathan. He specialises in tax advisory services to both corporates and individuals, ensuring efficient tax planning and adherence to all tax compliance obligations. Brendan’s experience extends to tax advice for corporates within areas such as group restructuring, financing structures, IP planning, merger and acquisitions and international expansion. He also advises shareholders of businesses on exit, succession planning, expansion plans and investment and has a strong specialist background in advising both domestic and international corporates of all sizes. Brendan has over 15 years’ experience working as a tax adviser and is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA). Brendan also holds diplomas in deferred tax and international tax.

Denis Herlihy is Managing Partner at BDO, Limerick. He is a former Council Member of the Irish Tax Institute and an FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Denis holds an MComm Degree from UCC, a Diploma in Arbitration Law from UCD and Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD.
