Fiona Carney is a Director in PwC’s Tax Solutions Centre, PwC Ireland’s hub for all tax technical matters arising within the firm and the central repository for tax knowledge. Fiona is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and is currently a member of the editorial board of the Irish Tax Institute’s journal, Irish Tax Review.
Brendan Murphy is a Tax Partner with Roberts Nathan. He specialises in tax advisory services to both corporates and individuals, ensuring efficient tax planning and adherence to all tax compliance obligations. Brendan’s experience extends to tax advice for corporates within areas such as group restructuring, financing structures, IP planning, merger and acquisitions and international expansion. He also advises shareholders of businesses on exit, succession planning, expansion plans and investment and has a strong specialist background in advising both domestic and international corporates of all sizes. Brendan has over 15 years’ experience working as a tax advisor and is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA) and also holds diplomas in deferred tax and international tax.
