This complimentary session is designed as an introduction to secure AI through Copilot for CTAs working in small to medium sized practices. Our speaker, Dave Cooper, Microsoft, will demonstrate how Copilot can safely assist with day-to-day administrative and practice management tasks, including:

• Overview of Gen AI’s story so far
• The security risks and how to mitigate them
• Practice management tasks using Copilot
• Practical examples of Copilot’s capabilities in day-to-day tasks

Speaker Bio:
Dave Cooper has thrived in the IT industry for the past 35 years with roles ranging from Senior Deal Architect to Account Director.  His current role as Partner Solutions Sales Manager at Microsoft, sees him responsible for the growth of Modern Work and Security products within SME in Ireland. He is passionate about helping the SME community to achieve the productivity and efficiency gains offered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Key to this education is risk reduction by using Microsoft Copilot for M365 partnered with Microsoft security solutions
