Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to provide the relevant services that will enable our clients to prepare for any financial reporting and tax engagements they may have, including:

  • Preparation and review of financial statements for small and medium sized companies and groups.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements for individuals and partnerships including farmers, solicitors and auctioneers.
  • Preparation and review of management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide guidance, support and supervision to team members, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in excel workbooks for accounts preparation

Experience and qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA)
  • 2-4 years post qualification experience in a similar field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience using accounting software (Sage, TasBooks, QuickBooks, and Xero etc.).
  • Experience in Law Society audits, PSRA etc. is desired.
