In accordance with the expert advice of the National Public Health Emergency Team on measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, all current Irish Tax Institute CPD live events are being postponed. These events will be rescheduled in accordance with official guidance. If you have already paid to attend a CPD event, you will be notified that it has been postponed and your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. Alternatively, you can request a full refund by emailing cpd@taxinstitute.ie.

To support CTAs in keeping up-to-date in these challenging times, we have made a range of complimentary on demand CPD available to all members via Blackboard Learn. Follow these steps to access your complimentary CPD:




  • Click on this Blackboard link

  • Enter your username and password (these are the same details you use to login to the ITI website)

  • Click "Free Online CPD courses" in the top right hand corner

  • Select "CTAs' on demand tax training hub" on the left

TaxFind Access


As a member, you can login to www.taxfind.ie using your Associate number (rather than email) and password and access the following electronic content as part of your membership:
• Irish Tax Review archive
• Taxation Summary – go to Commentary and select this title on the left
• Irish Tax Institute Bulletins and Submissions, including TaxFax and its archive
• Tax Appeal Commission Determinations

To support CTAs during this difficult time we are giving temporary access to all members to Finance Act 2019 editions of our legislation titles on TaxFind. Direct Tax Acts FA 2019, Law of VAT FA 2019 and Law of CAT, Stamp Duty and LPT FA 2019 are all available to members.

Finance Act 2019 Legislation


You can order your hardcopy legislation - Direct Tax Acts; Law of Value-Added Tax; and Law of Capital Acquisitions Tax, Stamp Duty and Local Property Tax - via the Institute’s website. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, you may experience some delay in processing and delivery of books. eBook editions are available for each title published and can be ordered from Institute’s website.



Irish Tax Review – Issue 1, 2020 and Archive


Members can access the current issue of Irish Tax Review (Issue, 1 2020) by logging into the Institute's website. Click on “My Publications”. You can then download the six most recent issues of Irish Tax Review in PDF.



Taxation Summary


Members can access the eBook version of Taxation Summary, Finance Act 2018 by logging into the Institute's website. Click on “My Publications”. To open the eBook of Taxation Summary you may need to download software (Adobe Digital Editions) so that you can view the file on your desktop (an ePub). The Tax Rates and Tables from Taxation Summary, Finance Act 2018 are also available as a PDF.
