The decision is final and the Institute will not enter into negotiation following the announcement of the winner.
The Third-Level Scholarship Programme will (subject to the Rules of the Scholarship) provide an award towards living expenses and books. This amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Scholarship Committee. This will be paid to the Scholar on a monthly basis from October to May. The amount of the Scholarship will be decided by the judging panel and their decision is final. On completion of the third-level undergraduate degree, the Scholarship will cover the costs of the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification.
