Authors

Maureen Dolan is a Partner with McCann FitzGerald and heads the firm’s Pensions & Employee Incentives Group advising companies, statutory bodies, trustees, committees and employees on pension plans, employee share plans and other incentive plans. Her practice includes advising international and domestic clients in both the private & public sectors.

Paul Murray is the Managing Director of Platinum Pensioneer Trustees Ltd, a company specialising in the provision of self-administered pension solutions, actuarial and consultancy services. Paul is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), a qualified accountant and holds a Diploma in Trust and Estate Management (STEP) and pensions (LIA).
 
Clive Reynolds is the Managing Director of Opportune Trust, a tax based financial advisory firm that provides financial solutions to individuals and companies. He is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Fellow of the Life Insurance Association.

Aidan McLoughlin
is a solicitor and FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). He is Managing Director of Independent Trustee Company, the provider of self-administered pension plans to personal clients and the intermediary market. He specialises in tax, estate planning and pensions regulation. He has tutored and delivered seminars to students and members of many industry bodies and has contributed articles on tax and legal matters to numerous publications.
