Jonathan Sheehan, Partner & Head of Tax, 
Walkers Ireland
Jonathan Sheehan is a Partner and the Head of Tax at Walkers Ireland. He advises across tax heads in a wide range of areas including structured finance and capital markets, financial services, investment funds, private equity, corporate, banking and real estate. Jonathan sits on a number of industry committees and was a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association, FATCA Taskforce. He is a solicitor and member of the Law Society of Ireland and is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Shane Martin, Regulatory Compliance Director, Walkers Ireland
Shane Martin is a Regulatory Compliance Director with Walkers Ireland. He has significant experience in regulatory risk and compliance in financial services across the banking, insurance, asset management, credit union and payment services sectors. Prior to joining Walkers, Shane worked for a number of years for the Central Bank of Ireland where he managed the specialist anti-money laundering supervision team.
