 is a Non-executive Director of a number of family-owned companies. For over 30 years, David was a partner at Deloitte and served on its governing Executive Committee for 16 years. He has extensive experience in advising substantial domestic clients, both privately-owned and publicly held, particularly in the area of strategy. David is a member of the Council of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and sits on the Disciplinary Tribunal Panel of the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board. He is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

MARIANNE DONAGHY is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Private Client tax department. She is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser and practising solicitor and has extensive experience advising both corporate and individual clients on capital tax issues including succession planning, trusts and estates and transfer of wealth.

NIALL GLYNN is a Tax Partner in Deloitte with over 19 years’ experience in advising in the taxation area primarily providing advice to private domestic businesses, private companies and high net worth individuals on property transactions, domestic corporate reconstructions, investment structuring and asset/wealth protection, estate planning, tax efficient structuring of wills and trusts, family business reorganisations, asset disposal, extraction of value from companies and niche executive share schemes. He is a practising solicitor, AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

ENDA MCGUINNESS is a Manager in the Pensions and Investments department within Deloitte. He is currently financial adviser to clients of the firm in relation to their pension and investment strategies. Enda has extensive experience providing financial advice to High Net Worth and Corporate clients in the design and implementation of sophisticated pension and investment structures. Enda holds an MSc in Finance and is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP).

ALISON MCHUGH is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Private Client tax department. She has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals and shareholders of owner managed businesses on all aspect of their tax affairs including personal tax planning, incorporation, estate & succession planning, advice on relocation to Ireland and residency issues. Alison is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

DAVID O’FLANAGAN is a Corporate Finance Partner in Deloitte and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He holds a diploma in Corporate Finance from the ICAEW. David leads the firm’s M&A Advisory and Transactions Services practice. David has over thirty years’ experience advising on corporate finance matters, conducting significant advisory and due diligence assignments for major corporate and private equity clients involving acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, raising and restructuring of debt, PPP and Project finance engagements both in Ireland and internationally. He also has significant forensic and dispute resolution experience.
