Lorraine Griffin
 is a Tax Partner with Deloitte, and has significant corporate tax and international tax experience. She specialises in international tax, advising multinationals on investing into Ireland and domestic groups on outward investments, and has significant expertise in the area of corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Lorraine is a key member of Deloitte’s multidisciplinary life sciences team, as well as the firm’s M&A team from a tax viewpoint. Lorraine is a law graduate of University College Cork, a Chartered Accountant, an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Council Member of the Irish Tax Institute.

Shane Wallace is a Partner with William Fry Tax Advisors. He has advised many indigenous and multinational companies on a broad range of tax issues and has particular expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, debt financing arrangements, IP structuring and stamp duty. Shane holds a BCL and LLM in Commercial Law from UCD and is a qualified solicitor and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). He has written numerous articles in the Irish Tax Review and is currently a member of the Policy & Technical Committee of the Irish Tax Institute.

Mark Quealy is a Partner in the Corporate Department of William Fry. His practice consists primarily of transactional corporate engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments (acting both for investors and for companies raising funding), and corporate restructurings. He also has experience in private equity fund establishment, equity capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law advisory work.  Mark is a graduate of the University of Limerick and University College Dublin, and a regular speaker on corporate and company law matters at the Law Society of Ireland’s training courses.
