Finance (No.2) Act 2013

 

Finance (No.2) Act 2013 was signed into law on 18 December 2013. The Act gives effect to the tax measures announced in the October 2013 Budget and various other tax measures. Finance (No.2) Bill 2013 was initally published on 24 October 2013 and various amendments were made to the Bill as it completed the legislative process.
