Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School & Irish Tax Institute

Following the success of the inaugural conference in 2013, the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School and the Irish Tax Institute joined together to host the second Global Tax Policy Conference in Dublin Castle, Ireland from 9-11 March 2016.

Titled ‘New Rules for a New Era’, the conference took place at a critical juncture in the implementation of a new global tax framework and looked at the impact of new rules on countries and companies.

Delegates heard the views of leading figures from the EU, the OECD, the US, the IMF and Treasury departments globally as well as international business organisations, universities, the tax profession and multinationals. The global conference was attended by policy-makers, legislators, members of Government, Revenue authorities, finance ministries and companies from over 30 countries internationally.
